Our home rehab program begins before your surgery. We educate you on what to expect during your recovery, assist in modifying your home and assist your surgeon in developing a progressive rehab plan that starts as soon as possible following your hospital stay.

Cavalier offers an extensive pre-operative in-home assessment designed to identify and correct barriers to successful and timely hospital discharge.

Physical therapy is your fundamental path to recovery after joint replacement, and Cavalier offers intensive support and therapy to get you on your feet quickly. We provide the education and guidance to reduce your recovery time and regain the function you desire.

Cavalier’s Joint Replacement Team offers intensive support and therapy within 24-48 hours of discharge, using an early, intensive physical therapy protocol when a patient comes directly home from the hospital. We have full-time coverage for weekends, therefore, patients see our Physical Therapists on Saturday or Sunday when the need arises. This will ensure a seamless transition back home early in the rehabilitation process.
